The warranty periods for our products, which take effect from the date of purchase, can be found on our pages for the respective products or in the data sheets.

Only errors that can be attributed to design and production defects during the warranty period can be processed under a warranty claim.

To ensure correct processing, a complaint protocol provided by the seller must be filled out.

In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer has the following options:

• Repair product
• Replace product
• The purchase price of the defective product will be credited

No liability is assumed if:

• Products are subsequently processed mechanically, thermally or chemically
• are connected incorrectly and put into operation incorrectly or are not used as intended
• incorrect or defective power supplies are used
