At our headquarters, we have 8 fully equipped assembly stations, an industrial soldering robot, a dispensing robot, cutting and stripping machines for wire processing and many other devices needed to assemble even the most complex orders.

Custom projects

At the request of our customers, we make various types of electronic systems: LED modules, LED strips, drivers and ready-made LED lamps, which are created in the process of customizing our products. We approach each issue individually, we try to get to know the needs of our clients, and then we adapt and propose the best solutions. Thanks to our know-how, our proposals are highly adapted to a specific project or a newly developed product, thanks to which they better fulfill their role and are optimized in terms of costs.

Thanks to our machine park, we offer operations such as: cutting wires, cutting with stripping, cutting wires between stripping, tinning, soldering with the product, fitting, bundling and potting popular power sockets and plugs, and more.

The through-hole assembly process, depending on the technological conditions and production volume, is performed using a soldering robot or manually. In the process of automatic soldering, we use advanced tools that allow us to achieve high quality connections and high purity of packages. For manual soldering, we use soldering irons from the renowned Quick brand.

CUSTOMIZATION
LED LIGHTING

We offer you a wide range of possibilities to modify our products. Customization of our products includes confection, i.e. creating from our products what is needed in a given project. It is possible to solder the appropriate length of the cable, create a LED lamp of any size based on aluminum profiles in any color of the luminaire. Modification of cables between modules for Point of Sale (POS) or light advertising. For the furniture industry, we prepare aluminum profiles and strips ready for assembly in furniture, power supplies with appropriate power distributors into smaller sections.
